- TTTrehanJul 30, 20263.0When we arrived here, it was a normal takeaway/fast food. We asked for steak and were told steak and chicken would be a 20min wait. We decided to grab a table and wait. A few minutes later I went back to the counter and asked if I could purchase some drinks and also asked when we would know the food is ready? We were told “I’ll wave you”. Twenty minutes went by. I went to the counter and asked if the steak was ready to be told there is no steak. The lady on the desk - quite rightly asked a colleague, twice, do we not have steak, she was told no. I the. Went for chicken. After eating our meal we see the servers offering and serving steak. As you can imagine I was not happy. I had finished my meal and spoke with the manager who was very coherent. He apologised and stated there was evidently a misunderstanding or miscommunication in the kitchen. I enjoyed my food and the portion was great, just the little experience that came with a sprinkle of disappointment. Clearly the team need to communicate more. Thank you for our experience. Whilst it didn’t put me off it did add to the other reviews and complaints already on Google. 💫

I was served meat piece twice in a single day… the staff thinks it’s okay and were smiling about it.. total disgrace! Attaching the picture that I took the second time.. the first time was a big bone… this place should be shut down to make sure that the staff is trained.. they are also always running out of ingredients… I had to wait 10 mins to get veggies the first time… never coming back!
