  Good americano and matcha latte. The sandwich was extra delicious, as this was the only place open so early in the morning in this area.

  They were out of so many things we tried to order. Had the most disgusting banana bread (so spongey and wet) and strawberry matcha latte here (no strawberry at all). Overpriced for terrible terrible quality. Avoid at all costs.

  I have been a regular customer in this location but this morning I was not happy after I check my bank account that I was charge for $15.75 which I only ordered a hot latte 8oz for $5.50 and a Blueberry muffin for only $5.50 which supposed to be $11 something for the order I got. But I was charged for $15.75 the lady who took my order was very rude and as I was asking them how much is the total for this order. The lady who took my order charge me for a mini banana which I have never ordered it. She even repeated my order for what I said to her which is the latte and muffin. I was surprised why I was charged for $15.75 for that 2 item. The lady who help me refunded my money was saying to that rude lady if she did took my order in spanish she then said that she didn't took my order which they didn't know that I do understand spanish and she was denying what had happen why she charged me $4.75 extra. As of now I am still waiting for that refund. She think that I will not noticed why I was charged for that high amount.

  Liz is always top notch helpful and proactive. I always appreciate her attitude and service, which makes the food even better! I like the to-go chicken salad, egg burrito, and coffee drinks.

  The reviews keep on deleting I would keep on editing until the company notices _________________________ I wish I could give 0 stars My wife has been a regular customer at this Bluestone Lane location for months and would usually stop by about twice a week. The incident that led to this review happened in May 2026. During that visit, a barista who already knew my wife's name made comments about it that she felt were inappropriate and had sexual connotations. The comments were made in front of others and were followed by laughter, which left her embarrassed and upset. I want to be clear that this review is about the actions of one specific employee, not the entire team. I contacted Bluestone Lane afterward to report what happened. The company responded and said the matter was reviewed internally and that corrective steps were taken. However, the response felt very general and did not fully acknowledge how upsetting this experience was for my wife. A few days later, my wife saw the same employee working at the location again, which made the situation even more disappointing. She was a loyal customer who enjoyed coming to this café, and we brought this up because we hoped it would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, both the incident and the way it was handled left us disappointed.
