I am from out of town visiting so first time here. After taking a hot yoga class, I was REALLY looking forward to rewarding myself with a large ice coffee. I felt the moment I came in, the cashier (Nisa) working there gave me a strong attitude and negative vibe. When I asked her questions about what the types of coffee, she was very impatient and curt. Note: no one else was in line. I asked for what type of cup sizes (which are normal questions from customers you would think). When she pointed to the large plastic cup, I said that's the size I want. I wanted an iced coffee with oat milk. Simple order you would think but I ended up with a tiny cup made for hot drinks. She said that's the size that comes with that particular drink. She didn't explain the type of drink which I never had before would NOT be in the cup I indicated I want. She knew that I wanted that size but didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to say that drink doesn't come in the cup you want. I would have ordered something else. I asked if she could convert it to the larger size and I would be willing to pay the difference. She said nothing but with a terrible attitude poured out the drink into the larger cup, barely added ice and more milk. I thanked her but I know she was extremely unhappy with me. I'm here for the store manager to train your staff better in customer service. I dropped over $22 for 3 drinks!!! There are so many coffee shops around and honestly, I would have left to go elsewhere for better customer service, but my friend took me there. I hope this review will make some improvement as my friend still lives in the area. She can decide to bring friends to your place or not.

The cappuccino was absolutely delicious. It had very good quality coffee flavor in the housemaid vanilla made it even better. The blueberry pancakes for really tough and chewy. I would never get the pancakes again. They tasted just as bad as airport pancakes. The blueberry compote was good but the pancakes weren't. They also weren't served with butter. Overall very good cafe.
