- JAjenny AlvaradoMay 18, 20261.0This was honestly the saddest sundae I’ve ever had at Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Shop. The service was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I originally ordered a banana split, only to be told they had no bananas. Then I ordered a sundae, and while they were preparing it, they realized they were also out of another topping that was listed on the menu. If items aren’t available, they really shouldn’t still be offered. What I ended up getting was a very underwhelming sundae with basically just two small scoops of ice cream, especially for the price. On top of that, the employee seemed more focused on being on his phone than providing good service. Overall, this location really fell short and left me very disappointed.
