  This was honestly the saddest sundae I’ve ever had at Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Shop. The service was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I originally ordered a banana split, only to be told they had no bananas. Then I ordered a sundae, and while they were preparing it, they realized they were also out of another topping that was listed on the menu. If items aren’t available, they really shouldn’t still be offered. What I ended up getting was a very underwhelming sundae with basically just two small scoops of ice cream, especially for the price. On top of that, the employee seemed more focused on being on his phone than providing good service. Overall, this location really fell short and left me very disappointed.

  Guy put away half the ice cream and hour and a half before close. Feels a bit outrageous. Plus my partner couldn’t find anything she wanted because she prefers her ice cream simpler. Two groups of people left before us for the same reason. Lol

  The comments about the older lady that works here are true, she has an attitude. She got mad because I asked her to change the spoon of my ice cream since it was all wet because she grabbed it after washing her hands. I’ve been here before and the staff was always very nice

  I came here today. First I was late leaving my house. I should have come earlier. I did try to call twice and just got an endless ring about an house before leaving. It took me about 30 minutes to get here but it is the closest Ben and Jerry’s and also has Marshmallow Sky. Tomorrow is my daughter’s birthday and she loves Marshmallow Sky. I get there at 7:34 and dude is mopping the floors. First thought was,”Oh no! They are closed!” No, dude was just cleaning up early for defrost day. I was very relieved only to find out that Marshmallow Sky was in the section that was being defrosted. The dude told me that all the products in that ice are moved and cannot be accessed. I asked dude if it was locked. He said yes. I asked dude if he had the key and he said no. I will gladly remove this review if any of this is true. When asked about the phone dude said he lost the phone. Then he said it was out of batteries. I am assuming one of these was lies since the phone rang repeatedly. Is it normal to clear out one side of your ice cream section more than 30 minutes before close? Is the ice cream locked away and can employees not access it? Is it normal to mop the store at 7:34 when you close at 8? It feels like dude was just being lazy and didn’t want to do work. The lousy part is I have to drive 30 minutes back here tomorrow to pick up this stupid ice cream. Hopefully dude has found the phone before I come in.
