- CLchuck locascioMay 5, 20265.0My wife and I live in the neighborhood and we love coming in to Ashley's cafe for a quick drink or bite. The staff here is super friendly, the cafe is recently remodeled, and there are plenty of seats inside to take a break, or work from. I will say in addition to amazing coffee you HAVE to try the Spam Musubi and their lunch sandwiches!! They are a neighborhood gem for us in the Outer Richmond.
- CCCindyMay 2, 20262.0Bulgogi onigiri was 80% rice. Sea salt latte was a little too salty. Owners replied; I did request no sugar, but the sea salt was still too salty and it overpowered the drink. Cashier said “it’s just salt and coffee”, no mention of being pronounced. Not blaming the cashier, but the claim in the comment is not correct. The onigiri was legitimately one thin layer of meat inside, and does not warrant being $5 for 80% rice. There was no expectation for a “hearty” meal, just a snack that wasn’t mostly rice with a few pieces of meat. Am disappointed that there is no ownership for the onigiri at least.
