- TVT. Joan V.4 days ago5.0In a more than 105 degree hot day, an elderly seemed very hot and waited by the door for a long time. Finally she asked the cash attendant for a cup of ice. The workers immediately gave her a cup without hesitation. Thank you for being so nice to elderlies.

- BPBrandy PondOct 9, 20252.0When to Jamba today 10/9/25 at 8:30 in the morning and when I go there, I am very precise when I order cause of textures i do not like so when I order it make sure to let them know that if I don't want an item in my order to not put it in. But when I told them today. They still created my order with the item in it. Instead of remaking it they just scooped it out and gave it to me. I ordered a large bowl that was about $14. Part of my bowl was scooped out with the stuff that they should have not put on there in the first place and when I complained about it, they just looked at me with I don't know what i'm supposed to do look. I think it's ridiculous that if we ask for certain restrictions on our food that they follow them and they mess up, they should remake it or refund them. Because I technically got a medium bowl in a large cup.

I'd stop there and grab a ice cold fruit smoothie any time I visit Universal studios. You can bring the smoothie into the park no problem. And 10$ for a big smoothie is much better than any beverage options in the park
