Young lady was miserable prepping my bowl, it was like somewhere dared her to not talk to me after letting her know I wanted a bowl. Need to train your staff better on how to communicate with customers or hire people that want to work. Fix your portions, seems to be a common complaint at this location. Don’t pay attention to these 5-star reviews with no testimonials. It’s just a lame attempt to save their ratings

Most of the bowl was just beans and rice, and for the price, I expected a lot more. The chips were also stale and tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. Definitely not the quality I usually expect from Chipotle. Hoping they do better next time. This was a waste of money and this was not the first time this location did something wrong.

The portions are not worth the price and when you ask for more they need a managee manager approval or want to charge you double. Time to switch to Cava. Done at this location and with Chipotle.
