I wanted a little more ice cream than what a normal size sundae offers and didn’t mind paying a little extra for a regular size scoop but was still charged as a sundae. It’s happened several times and no matter how I word what I want it ends up being the same. Give the customer what they want please, why is it so hard?! Other locations don’t have a problem!!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
