- JBJesse BeeApr 29, 20262.0I ordered through the app around 12:10 and my pickup time was supposed to be 12:35. When I got there, my order wasn’t ready, but my coworker who ordered after me already had his food. I ended up waiting until about 12:50 to finally get my order, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What made it worse was the customer service. When I asked about my order, the staff was rude, and one employee pointed her finger at me and said she doesn’t deal with mobile orders. That’s pretty unprofessional and not how customers should be treated. Overall, the experience was frustrating. Ordering ahead should save time, not make you wait long
