Young woman with long black hair and nose ring employee working at Arrow Hwy & San Dimas location 3pm on 08/16/2022 refused to give a fresh serving of ice cream to an elderly customer who found a long fiber of string in the first flavor, and became sick off the old, freezer burned, and bitter second flavor. Employee argued and yelled at the elderly woman customer in front of a large host of other customers, was also smiling smugly, very entitled speech, and had a poor attitude toward a customer who had already paid for edible ice cream.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
