Wynston's Ice Cream Co. is a handcrafted, super-premium ice cream shop in Torrey Highlands — tucked into the Merge56 development, two minutes from highway 56. We make eighteen flavors at a time: eight "Always" classics (Old Reliable Vanilla, F.T.W. Chocolate, and Strawberry — all national award winners) plus eight "Sometimes" flavors that rotate the first of every month, some voted on by our community, and two "Hold-the-Cow" dairy-free flavors that rotate each month — no separate corner, no afterthought. Open late: daily until 10pm. Family-friendly patio, dog-welcome outside seating. We ship our pints nationwide — packed with dry ice, frozen on arrival.
