  This Vons does not have enough cashier's to facilitate a quick and painless checkout process. If you need to purchase alcohol go to any liquor store - it will be significantly faster than lining up 8th in line. Vons - you are actively losing sales as well as customers by understaffing; you are passing the time expense onto your customers by not having enough people on check-out. I don't have time to wait for 20 minutes so I no longer purchase from your store. If you are wondering why you are losing revenue it's because we are going to Ralph's/Kroger or Trader Joe's to avoid spending an extra 20 minutes needlessly waiting in line.

  Hello, I recently received vaccinations at your pharmacy and noticed some mold on the wall of the vaccination room, as well as what appears to be calcification on the floor, which may indicate a potential leak. I would like to share that I have been a loyal customer for a long time and believe that your staff members, Greg, Jessica, Wandell, and Mckenzie, do a wonderful job. Even during busy times, they consistently take a moment to ask about my family and i, which is a very thoughtful gesture in today's fast-paced environment. Additionally, I would like to note that the area in front of the store is quite unkempt, as the sidewalk is dirty and there is trash present in the parking lot. Thank you.

  Terrible customer service from a cashier named Liam. He let all my items pile up in a chaotic stack without bagging them or letting me know that customers are expected to bag their own groceries. A simple, polite heads-up would have resolved the confusion immediately, but instead, he was dismissive and rude. It made for an uncomfortable experience, and I won't be returning to this store.

  Idk what’s up with this Vons lately but every time I come in the people running the register except the lady with the Mohawk she’s always super nice, but all the others are always super rude like they hate they’re job I was in line just now and there was only one register open in the evening of 9/24/26 around 9:45 pm and the person of color running the til didn’t Acknowledge me at all! I said hi how’s it going in a happy tone and n nothing didn’t even look at me and then didn’t ask me to remember my phone number for Von’s membership even though I already know to put it in regardless and then didn’t ask me if I wanted a bag he then handed me my receipt and I said thank you he just looked at me so I said thank you again and still nothing so I said it louder and he still said nothing I got half a mind to go back in and say something I shouldn’t!! it’s pretty lame. like if you don’t want to work at Von’s then don’t work here I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and I’m 42 years old and my whole life I’ve never experienced anything like what’s been happening the past year or so. You need to up your customer service game Vons because being rude to customers isn’t the way you should treat them

  UPDATE: BUYER BEWARE Sunday afternoon I ordered a food delivery from Vons. It was to be delivered between 4 and 5 pm. It never left the store. It still said "ready to deliver" as of this morning. (Tuesday). Contact customer service via chat MONDAY. An hour later they say here is your incident number, we will redeliver TUESDAY between 8 and 10 am. No food. I CALL and am told that the delivery left the store at some point and is out of their hands. She says they will call DoorDash for a refund (because their driver probably stole my groceries) and that she will get Uber to redeliver my food. Hours pass. I call back. "OH , DoorDash refused to refund us, says it was delivered....we just got slammed with like 30 orders, so we can't deliver to you until tomorrow earliest" "Wednesday...I ordered SUNDAY. This is food for my kids. You took my money and now you cant deliver until WEDNESDAY?" "Oh, ill tell the assistant manager tomorrow morning when he gets in and hopefully he will get your food out to to you". I am not rich. My family needs to EAT. How is this acceptable? My money is in limbo and no real answers for days. Update: emailed the void. STILL NO FOOD. Owner can post all they want and look concerned, but concern doesnt FEED MY KIDS. Will update if I ever get my food or if I have to dispute this with the credit company. Ridiculous. Ive been going to this store almost my whole life and I did not expect this treatment. Update 2: I called corporate. They put in a complaint against the store and claimed they would refund me. The refund was DENIED. I called corporate AGAIN and the case has been escalated. This is disgusting behavior from Vons. Honestly, if a company's delivery service STEALS, they should a) not use that company and b) MAKE IT RIGHT. And for what its worth...I ordered from a different Vons, the driver kept me posted the whole way and my food was delivered ON TIME.
