  El día de hoy lunes 29 de junio a las 7:29 estaba terminando de hacer mi pago con el cajero llamado “LIAM” Por lo cual estoy haciendo este reporte porque este cajero llamado Liam me arrebató de mis manos mi tarjeta ya que la máquina de él para poder yo hacer el pago no estaba funcionando bien al tratar yo varias veces él se molestó y solamente gritó al carajo ahí fue cuando me arrebató mi tarjeta de mi mano volteó la máquina para él poder intentarlo. Yo no sé cómo Vons puede tener trabajando a una persona como está mucho menos de cajero.

  Best Vons ever all the people that work there are extremely nice they have great prices and you can save a lot by using the app and clipping deals before you head there.

  DO NOT PARK HERE! Unless you're going in the store for 30 mins or less. My car was towed from the Von's lot last night. I had parked and ran to do an errand nearby first (so my food wouldn't spoil and melt). I ran into a friend and took longer than expected but came back to do my shopping and found my car was gone. It was less than 2 hours but beyond that when I reviewed my tow form they called after barely an hour which is absurd. Additionally, the authorization form for the tow looked pre-populated with a signature. The towing company Von's is partnered with is notorious for illegal charges and practices. Von's needs to seriously reconsider this partnership. I honestly wouldn't be shocked based on the documentation if the store manager gets kick backs because there were like 4 tow trucks going in and out of the lot and the signature is for sure pre-filled. So disappointed in Vons I will be follow up.

  Parked here and went to grab something down the street before going into the store for groceries. I ran into a friend and took longer than expected (still under 2 hours) and came back and my car was towed. Absolutely ridiculous. They had multiple tow trucks coming in and out of the lot pulling cars out left and right. I can’t imagine how many people were mid shop to find their car towed. The owner must be getting a kickback or something because now I’m out $370 for a simple trip to the store. The towing company (Western Towing) also has a notorious reputation for scamming people. They charge over the legal maximums and don’t provide any proper documentation there are multiple class actions being filed against them. Vons should not be associating themselves with a scam of a business like this. i get they can’t let people park in the lot all day/night but be reasonable! Awful experience - this used to be my go to but I’ll never trust my car there again.

  If Kathleen is on the register do not go into her aisle. She asked me to donate to a charity and I politely declined. She began to throw all my produce and items she was scanning. I checked my produce when I got home and one of my yogurts was leaking, my soft cheeses were smushed, and I’m hoping my fruits aren’t bruised when I cut them open. After she scanned all the items, she threw them aggressively in the bag and smushed a box and a portion of the bread. She didn’t even give me a receipt (didn’t notice until I left). I heard her ask the guest after me multiple times to donate even after he said no.
