First I was rudely approached by a store employee after 5 mins of standing at the register for her to say I been off I can’t help you and I asked for assistance from another young lady standing in the area and the same lady snapped and said no, you can ask her and pointed at another store employee. The other store employee I was dropped on was running self checkout and happily assisted us. She had called for assistance 3 times before going to the managers office to ask for assistance for us. At that time another disgruntled elderly lady came out from the office and the helpful store employee had asked if she knew which day the product would be in and the disgruntled employee snobbish said i don’t know and kept walking away. I’m furious with how I was treated here when simply asking for a product check. I have worked retail/ customer service before and I know this type of attitude and behavior IS NEVER OK and should not be tolerated. If yall don’t want to help customers then you shouldn’t work at a customer service job.
- EFEvelyn FloresJul 11, 20261.0I have to share this with management but I am so super disappointed with the deli section...i like buying the fried chicken and the classic potato salad even if the chicken is sometimes salty there...early this week I bought your 5 chicken leg special for 5.99 and the classic potato salad...the chicken was fried in old oil...it left a really bad aftertaste...then I tasted the potato salad it even had a bad aftertaste like it soaked up the taste of the fridge it was put in...i was gonna return it but I threw in trash...i didnt want to drive back to get a refund...most times the fried chicken is decent but this time it really was bad...management you need quality control put in place at the deli...the fried chicken there is decent when done properly sometimes too salty but.... Oil used so many times turns rancid when not clean properly or it leaves an acidic taste in the throat...i am really very disappointed..am hesitant about visiting your store anytime soon...sorry.
