  The guy with the pony tail and no visible name said he was the general manager. I went in today for a money order and stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes. There were about 5 employees standing right near me, not one person greeted me or said anything at all. One blonde lady with a yellow vest on was literally behind the counter were I was standing and looked me dead in the eye at least 3 times and kept looking back down at her book. The manager was in the office on the computer with the door wide-open and then someone walked in after a couple minutes later and he started talking to her. Another employee was at the cash register rist behind me as well as another 2 feet from me with an iPad. I finally said hello, hello after standing there for a while and when I did the manger looked up said why do you want, I said a money order, never greeted me mind you he finally walked out a couple minutes after that and said how much never looked up barely said to words so yes had some words for him.he was extremely rude the entire interaction, acted like I was bothering him when I asked why no one help he said he was busy talking to someone else. Mind you the person he was talking to walked in the office after I had already been standing there for at least 7 to 8 minutes. No customer service skills whatsoever. Im not sure what the criteria is for a manger but I can tell you he does not need to be in customer service . Very rude. Very unprofessional.

  There was some employee named Chris here that approached me and he said are you going to play nice today? I've never seen this guy. Adam might have never even been in this Vons before and he's telling me and he's like talking to me as if I'm either like a child or if he's like like being like some sort of like sexual dominance thing towards like a female. These are sick people here

  Sam from the bakery dept did an incredible job with our custom cake. People kept asking us where we got it from and were surprised by our answer(respectfully). I wished I took a photo before the cake was devoured, but it looked amazing. The cake was ridiculously moist with the right balance of sweetness. Everyone was raving about it. The cake literally was the highlight of the entire bday party lol. It will be a sad day for Vons if she ever leaves. I can definitely see her starting her own bakery. She is the John Wick of cakes. Thank you so much Sam!
