  Sam from the bakery dept did an incredible job with our custom cake. People kept asking us where we got it from and were surprised by our answer(respectfully). I wished I took a photo before the cake was devoured, but it looked amazing. The cake was ridiculously moist with the right balance of sweetness. Everyone was raving about it. The cake literally was the highlight of the entire bday party lol. It will be a sad day for Vons if she ever leaves. I can definitely see her starting her own bakery. She is the John Wick of cakes. Thank you so much Sam!

  Jose and Muna the store manager and Cashier are terrible people stay away from this store ! Not helpful and really very rude

  I come every month to this Vons nearest to me, for money order I’ve being more then 5 times, but every single time I have negative experience the lady with blond hair, or employees do for money order i guess the manager honestly very rude, negative customer service, even not smiling. Not going there again after today am choosing different store.

  Vons you need to do better as a company. Your bathrooms are always pretty gross. Bought my products needed to use the restroom for a women we have to sit down and when I looked down I saw cum on the toilet.. Told by manager they are checked every hour if that is the case then why dont you attaully clean them? There is graphite on the baby changing table. Where is your class? I have known business to clean up when they see this stuff why because its about reputation and it seems like you dont have a good reputation then. You dont care enough to stay looking presentable for the community then maybe you shouldnt be a business. I want to feel confident when I put my money down some where that its a good place to shop. They check and stay on things. The other door doesnt even work yet no sign. Do better or close your store down. Your looking bad as a company vons. This isn't the first vons either I have seen the bathrooms a mess I refuse to use vons bathroom now.

  So, I wish I could do two reviews in one but here goes. I love Vons!! They have sales on things I love and really friendly employees. I enjoy the selection and the store is always clean and stocked. But then I went to the pharmacy... I have never been treated with such absolute disdain by a pharmacy tech as I was today. I didn't do anything but ask for my rx kindly. Unfortunately, they filled the wrong brand name and it was gonna be twice the amount I was expecting. So, in what seemed like a major inconvenience, they had to order my brand. She asked me to move away from the pharmacy so she could "work on it" because I was standing there waiting to find out what would happen. No communication. Just a pinched, resting *itch face mumbling to the pharmacist and never looked or talked directly to me. I work in customer service and you know what, get another job if you hate people. To think, I had my rx specifically transferred there to get it at my favorite store. Ugh!! Now I have to come back another day. Good thing I called when I've got a week left of my prescription. So dissatisfied.
