- GCGraco CamarilloMay 13, 20261.0Terrible experience and completely unacceptable treatment. My mother went to pick up a birthday cake, and there was absolutely no one attending the bakery area. After waiting with no help, I assisted her in taking the cake ourselves since the area was completely unattended. Instead of taking responsibility for their lack of staff and organization, the employees started scolding us—mainly my mother, who is an elderly person and does not speak English well. The treatment was rude, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. What makes it worse is that they were actually able to speak Spanish, yet the main cashier still treated us with an attitude, as if we had done something wrong, instead of acknowledging their own failure to have someone available to assist customers. It is unreasonable to expect customers to “just know” what to do when there is no staff present to help. Situations like this are a direct result of poor management, not the customer’s fault. I do not recommend this place at all. If this is how they treat elderly customers over a situation caused by their own negligence, it is not worth coming back👎🏻

They had alot of fresh fruit, good selection of deserts and great cheesecakes with strawberries and with cherries. A good selection of beautiful Mother's day flowers and gifts and alot of patriotic things that I wanted to buy so bad but didn't have the space for in our truck!
