  Do not go to the pharmacy until it is better staffed. You are subjecting yourself to an UNSAFE environment. I had a 10:30 appt to receive a flu shot and the pharmacy was so understaffed that I didn’t receive it until 11:10. (I actually arrived at 10am) My biggest concerned isn’t the wait. It’s that the staff could make a medical error. Management should not allow staff to handle a dozen people in line for Rx and 5 waiting for vaccines. In my case luckily the pharmacist caught an error before I rec’d the flu shot. I tried to complain to the manager afterwards and no one was around. I tried to call Von’s customer service but the AI assistant hung up on me.

  I’ve placed several curb side pick orders from this Vons and have consistently ran into issues. More than half the items I ordered showed available and then magically not in stock and the recommended substitute is twice as expensive. Seems like this is not coincidental. My last several orders were also delayed and when I’ve called the store no one answers the phone. This is legitimate Safeway branded grocery store, why is customer service nonexistent?

  The 5 stars are for the friendly staff. The store itself has some issues. Especially the freezers and coolers. Has potential.

  I'm sick of this. I bought 2 cartons of ice cream that were on sale. I had the coupon in the app. The total came out more than I expected. I mentioned it to the cashier and she totally blew me off. She said it's probably just for one and hurried me along. Snidely asking if I was going to pay for it or put it back. I paid and took the receipt to my car and read the fine print. It was an unlimited coupon and I was charged more than $2 over the correct price. I returned to the store and asked for a manager. I told him what happened. I included the part about being dismissed, spoken down to, and hurried along. I offered proof that I was overcharged. The manager didn't need it, he seemed to already know. After a while, no comments on the "error",or the poor customer service, and no apology. I got my refund and a "again, sorry". I replied "thank you, but that" is the first apology from anyone here.I started to say that it shouldn't be customer's job to scrutinize their receipt every time, but he walked away. This seems to be an ongoing thing. if I check the receipt, I am overcharged about half the time. Usually I'm home and that is the end of it. I'm sick of it and I believe it is intential. This is not the only Vons, it seems to be company wide.
