  I'm sick of this. I bought 2 cartons of ice cream that were on sale. I had the coupon in the app. The total came out more than I expected. I mentioned it to the cashier and she totally blew me off. She said it's probably just for one and hurried me along. Snidely asking if I was going to pay for it or put it back. I paid and took the receipt to my car and read the fine print. It was an unlimited coupon and I was charged more than $2 over the correct price. I returned to the store and asked for a manager. I told him what happened. I included the part about being dismissed, spoken down to, and hurried along. I offered proof that I was overcharged. The manager didn't need it, he seemed to already know. After a while, no comments on the "error",or the poor customer service, and no apology. I got my refund and a "again, sorry". I replied "thank you, but that" is the first apology from anyone here.I started to say that it shouldn't be customer's job to scrutinize their receipt every time, but he walked away. This seems to be an ongoing thing. if I check the receipt, I am overcharged about half the time. Usually I'm home and that is the end of it. I'm sick of it and I believe it is intential. This is not the only Vons, it seems to be company wide.

  DMV kiosk was my main reason for the visit. Great service to offer. Clean store. Nice staff.

  I want to the Vons next to Walmart off Aero Drive to once again use the DMV Kiosk they have there. Benefits are it is open till 11pm. But often the Kiosk is not working properly. Is go to the DMV Kiosk at the DMV to avoid failures in the equipment. However there is a number on the Kiosk at Vons to call in case you have problems and I was on hold all the was to the DMV on Graves. Noone ever answered.

  This store is frustrating to shop at. The Good: The winning factors are the displays and shelf facing. Whoever stocks the shelves and puts those displays together is doing a fantastic job. My son and I love seeing what they come up with. The Bad: Where are the hand baskets? There are never any at the front entrance. I usually walk straight to self-checkout to grab a basket from under one of the machines. Last night, there were no baskets at self-checkout, no baskets at the regular registers... literally no baskets anywhere in the store. Please order more hand baskets. Safety Hazards: During my visit this evening, the freezer on Aisle 4 (near the frozen meals) had a puddle of dirty water in front of it that I had the displeasure of stepping in. I pointed it out to a cashier, Sally, and mentioned they might want to put out a wet floor sign before someone slips and falls. She immediately called over a young man in a safety vest to bring one over. I really hope that freezer gets fixed before someone gets hurt. The Pokémon Machine: Who in their right mind put a Pokémon vending machine right in front of the main exit? Every time I’m in there I see grown men standing there waiting for the purchase time restrictions to drop. A crowd in a main doorway is a total hazard, they are clearly ignoring the no loitering sign (also blocking the exit way.) It’s an all around bad place for it. Management needs to move that machine somewhere else away from the entrance or make resellers wait outside. Overall, the workers are doing a great job, but there are things that need attention with this store. It would be so much better if these issues were addressed.

  I ended up shopping here while picking up a few things for the week, and it turned out to be a pretty good experience. The store had all the basic groceries I needed, plus a few items I wasn't expecting to find. Everything looked clean and well stocked, and I didn't have to spend forever looking around. The cashier was friendly and got everyone through the line pretty quick. Prices seemed fair overall. It's not a huge place, but it works well for everyday grocery runs. I'd definitely come back when I need to grab a few essentials.
