- BPbrian plassarasSep 25, 20261.0Train your staff. I had 3 total items. You cannot go to self checkout with alcohol. Only 2 lanes open on a busy Friday. A third lane opened up. Without asking for customers that have already been in line she starts taking new guest. That's not how this should be. You should always ask for guests that have already been waiting. I came out of my way to go to this vons. I don't believe I will be doing that again. I went to get lunch at the deli. At 130pm still lunch time. All old dry looking food. I don't know how many call outs the store had today but they need to step up their game. This was the worst Vons trip I've had.
- NTN3xt Level ThoughtsSep 20, 20261.0Very disappointing and honestly disgusting. The refrigerated food section at Vons was extremely dirty, with what appeared to be mold and old food buildup underneath the shelves, right next to packaged ready-to-eat food. I took pictures because I couldn’t believe the condition. This area needs to be cleaned and inspected immediately. I saw it a week ago and … still!!!!
- SKShannon KelseySep 13, 20261.0I'm not pleased with this store!! Me and my family just visiting San Diego and we needed milk and paid almost $7.00 for rotten milk made it all the way back to hotel to find out we had to throw the whole gallon away because the store was closed before I could bring it back. So upsetting!!
- CGCallie GraceSep 1, 20261.0I waited in line to ask the clerk if I could have a basket because I had my hands full. Then a security guard walked up to me telling me where I should and shouldn't walk, and said he thought I was gonna steal. I thought this was rude and unnecessary. Then he followed me around the entire store and I almost started recording because it was really creepy and made me uncomfortable when I was just trying to get quick grocery shopping done. Mind you, it was mostly men in there late at night yet he decided to target me, which made me feel worse. Then he followed me to the checkout AND the parking lot. Obviously, I’m not as stupid as some to steal when there are literally security cameras at every angle of the store, so I don’t understand why he was trying to intimidate me. There is a difference between doing your job and harassing paying customers out of pure boredom. I won’t be returning here.
