I went during the evening and there was vomit at the entrance. A lady almost slipped on it! The security guard was eyeing me down and the place was a bit confusing to navigate. If you shop their frequently, sure you won't get as lost. But, I was like Alice in Wonderland the entire time.

How many times do I have to be told that the service counter will be open the next day.....then the next day...then the next day...only to find that it is closed. It's the closest vons to me, but I prefer to go anywhere else but this place. Not only is the service counter always closed, but the service is pretty rude and awful as well in this store...

From observation ::: Everytime there's Caucasian worker that works the closing shift , they are too lazy and don't want to make new batch of fried chicken to support customer wants . They always stop making fried chickens way too early. They seem to stop making like 5pm . Anything left after 6pm are none or just a couple of over dehydrated pieces. They need to have some fresh batch at least up to 7:30 or 8pm .

Even though I properly clipped the deals in the app, he verified I clipped them properly, he still wouldn’t honor the price and basically told me to get lost. I never have these kinds of experiences at Vons, and definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Shame on you for creating this kind of hostile environment.
