He told me that he could not return it (in a very rude and condescending way) since I did not return it right away. I bought many packages and just started using it recently. He really was a jerk and should not be working with customers. I shopped at the store for over 30 years and was a very loyal customer. Not anymore! I then returned it to Vons Camino Del Sur (just a few minutes away from the old Vons) and Randy the Manager was fantastic - friendly and had great social skills. The Camino Del Sur store now has self check out, is well lit, has an array of great products, is rarely out of stock, very clean and the staff is very friendly. I will do all my shopping there in the future! I sent an email to my friends and will post on Next Door suggesting that people shop at the Camino Del Sur store and walk away from the unfriendly, old, and dumpy Vons on Black Mtn Rd!
