- JMJohn McdowellSep 10, 20265.0I shop there and it has always been good. There Pharmacy is great.
- OLOlivia LinSep 4, 20261.0I had an uncomfortable experience at this Vons today. The cashier was very friendly, smiling, and talkative with the customer immediately in front of me. When it was my turn, her demeanor completely changed—no greeting, no smile, and almost no communication. I paid with a $20 bill, and after she had already given me my change, she picked the bill back up and spent a noticeably long time examining it instead of simply offering me my receipt and finishing the transaction. The cashier was an older Asian woman. I can’t know what her reason was, but the difference in treatment was very noticeable and made me feel singled out and unwelcome. I hope management takes concerns about consistent and respectful customer service seriously.
- AAAJPlaysDrumsAug 17, 20261.0very odd experience here around 10:30 the night of the 16th. Manager on duty Discussing which coworkers on staff were hooking up loud enough for everyone within 10 feet to hear, and her coworker proceeded to comment on my appearance while glaring at me like he'd never seen a tattoo in his life. Very offputting to say the least.
- LALisa Alton-AndersonAug 15, 20261.0Just went to get milk at 9:58 PM and they wouldn't let me in. Don't believe their site that says they close at 11! No milk for breakfast.
- CWChris van der WoerdJul 30, 20261.0I shopped this store for 25 years. I now avoid it. Prices are higher than elsewhere. They are frequently out of items. But what really made me mad was when they put a code on the rest rooms. Really?!? Now they have entrance gates. Feels trashy.
