- BSBeth SegmationJun 2, 20265.0PLEASE BE AWARE! Today my purse was stolen while I was getting fish at the Vons in Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, Ca). I was not the only person who was robbed at this Von’s around 3 pm. I did a stupid thing and left my purse in my cart while talking to the fish department. I screamed very loud and they found my cart in Aisle 17. There was another lady at the same time and someone found her purse and cart in Aisle 18. The store manager immediately helped me and the other lady find our purses which was really nice. I do not know where the security guard was at the time but did notice when I walked in, he wasn’t by the front door. Apparently these people that tried to steal our purses knew there was no security guard up front as well. Also the new security gate for some reason was missing at this time! Please put it back up asap. Be aware of your surroundings and don’t be stupid like me and leave your purse in your cart. I was lucky, every thing was in my purse. Thanks to everyone in the store and the Rancho Bernardo staff in helping me out today.
- ZAZachary AzlinJun 1, 20261.0Worst customer experience ever - from calling and asking about products to driving 30 minutes to the store for the product to not be in buyable shape. The manager (supposedly - no name tag and no customer service skills) is rude and should not be running a store. The employees are just as bad - yelling at customers and calling them names. I've never had an all around horrible experience like I have here. If you need something, I would go to the liquor store or gas station before this location - and I go to the location at Scripps all the time.
