  Have been using this store for 30 years. Recently it has crashed. Employees in several departments are just plain surly (produce, deli, and checkout). Others can't help and don't care. The in store shoppers (Vons people) are rude, block aisles and don't care to get out of the way. Stock is never complete and advertised items don't even exist, employees don't know about the products.

  Came to buy beef. I was sorting thru the packs of Flap meat and when I finished looking, I looked over and I swear I saw the “butcher” (meat department employee) look like he was a giving me a dirty look and mouthed “mother f* ” towards me. I can’t guarantee if that’s what he said because I had headphones on. He seemed to have a beard and tattoos. He had 3 carts of meat waiting to be put out and I think he may have been mad about the people in his way. He caused and ADA violation with all 3 of the carts out blocking the pathway. I don’t know if I bought the packets of meat he personally wanted but now I know that I am never coming back here. Such a weird and odd interaction. I even came from Albertsons in rb because they didn’t have the right cuts I wanted. I am honestly never coming back here and erasing the Vons app now. No thank you.

  Store is always chaos and takes forever to check out. Employees are very uncooperative.

  This is the worst trained crew in the history of grocery stores. When the computer rings out a price different than the promotion /stated discount they run around finding someone else and nobody knows how to do a manual override or adjustment. Zero problem solving skills.

  Have had a lot of issues with rotten food (meat, milk, eggs, fruit) in the last year. The store is dirty, there's a security guard staring at us while we check our things out and you can't exit directly because they are worried about theft. Long lines, understaffed, irritable employees. The filthy store with rotten food feels out of place in a such a nice neighborhood. The store was fine three years ago, I don't know why it's this way now. I assume they are paying for the five star reviews they use to drown out the real reviews.
