- YGYeme GirmaAug 31, 20265.0Baker Fernando saved the day. I appreciated his professionalism, can do attitude, and honesty. He was clear about what could be done, and he delivered. His work is exceptional. Also my thanks to his staff who brought the cakes to my vehicle.
- LJluckey jonAug 30, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at your store today. I only had a bottle of wine and a dozen beverages, yet the self-checkout staff forced me to join the regular cashier queue. What makes it worse is that he had nothing to do and was just playing on his phone while I had to wait for 20 minutes. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
- ATArron TAug 29, 20261.0Tried to contact the store a refund but was never successful. The App customer service said the store would give me a call yet that never happened. The store staff who picks up keeps saying it’s not their business and the store manager is not there. The store manager is never there, called many times during business hours and even visited the store there’s no store manager even present.
