- ATArron T1 day ago1.0Tried to contact the store a refund but was never successful. The App customer service said the store would give me a call yet that never happened. The store staff who picks up keeps saying it’s not their business and the store manager is not there. The store manager is never there, called many times during business hours and even visited the store there’s no store manager even present.

Just want to let people from out of state know that Vons does not accept return of unopened alcohol. The employee said it was a federal law, which obv isnt true if you arent from CA, but I didnt see any signs posted saying they specifically didnt. Looked it up to see if it was a state law, but doesnt seem like it. Maybe they changed it but added a screenshot from what I found. Regardless, if youre visiting and not used to a no alcohol return policy, please ask before buying here. Was unable to return unopened alcohol and none of us knew.
