  Today a men working for night shift. He was soo rude he don’t even know how to behave with customers. I always come here to pickup the food but this men was soo rude customer service was 0.

  Taco Bell at its best is mediocre, the food and service here falls short. Drive thru wait is In-N-Out level with 4 cars in the drive thru and got the order wrong. Canceled order and asked for refund. No refund notification but extra charge for missing items. Called and spoke with the manager on duty Diana to comment and ask about my refund--but she hung up 8 seconds in. Called back multiple times no answer, had to drive all the way back to get a refund.

  Food is good but wait time is always 20+ minutes no matter what time you come. If it’s late evening wait time has been as high as 40+ minutes.

  This location has a huge dining room with booths and tables. Food was extremely fresh and ready by the time I came to pick it up.
