Bad process mgmt. 25 minute wait for 4 items.
Very rude and unprofessional employee / cook , he wants to rush my order but last time we went and it was busy, he wanted to take his sweet time doing orders. Look at how much cheese he gave us, claiming it’s supposed to be a pinch of cheese,, are you kidding me? Last time we went and got the same order, they added a pretty good amount of cheese. This guy just decides to be unprofessional and rude, he has a habit of being rude to customers (LIKE IF WE ARENT PAYING) I hope he gets trained better, I believe he has a rainbow tattoo or something , didn’t get the name. Or get better employees..I rather drive the extra mile to the other Taco Bell. No wonder why no one comes to this one

This is probably THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too. I HAD to place my order on the kiosk because nobody would help me or answer questions. Then after we placed our order it took 18 minutes to get our food when there was 1 person before us(who never got their food) and no one ever came through the drive-thru. Then to top it all off they were out of nacho cheese. How does Taco Bell run out of nacho cheese? That means there are many items that you cannot order. On the positive, the bathroom was clean.

I’ve visited this location several times, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We waited in the drive thru for approximately 10-15 min behind a motorcycle before calling the restaurant. I only called because we thought the drive thru sensor may not have detected the motorcycle & I wanted to make sure the rider wasn’t being overlooked.
When an employee answered he was immediately rude & said, “You calling is taking up time from helping the doordash people in the lobby.” I was surprised by this response as it made it seem like drive thru customers were less important.
I explained that I was only calling to confirm the sensor had detected the motorcycle. His response was, “Well, we’re very backed up & it’s self explanatory that our sensor would get the motorcycle.” There was NO need for the dismissive attitude. A simple explanation would have been enough. As a customer, being spoken to in a belittling & disrespectful manner is unacceptable.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Taco Bell, customer service matters. please do better.
The drive thru lady at the window was polite. thank you for that.

We stopped in while getting my car worked on. It was clean and our food was fresh and hot. The bathroom was clean. The employees were friendly and genuinely seemed to take pride in their job. Great experience for a little fast food break.
