Absolutely love this place! The tacos are always fresh and packed with flavor, and the staff is super friendly. Can't resist grabbing a Crunchwrap whenever I'm in the area!

We stopped in while getting my car worked on. It was clean and our food was fresh and hot. The bathroom was clean. The employees were friendly and genuinely seemed to take pride in their job. Great experience for a little fast food break.

know this probably won’t make a difference since it’s just Taco Bell, but I still want to share my experience. I had a frustrating moment at the drive-thru during what seemed like peak time. I ordered one of the Discovery Boxes from the menu and was asked about sauces—how many and which kinds—so I gave my choices. When I got to the window, someone who appeared to be working in the kitchen handed me just the box and walked away quickly. I was confused because there was no bag, no napkins, and no sauce. I tried to check inside the box just in case, but there was nothing. I then tried to get the attention of the employee working the drive-thru. When she finally made eye contact, I was trying to give the box back and asked if I could get a bag, napkins, and the sauces I had requested. She responded with an unpleasant expression and said, “you don’t have to be doing all that,” in a rude tone, as if I was being difficult. Giving me a stank face . I was honestly shocked. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic customer service—especially receiving the items that were already requested. I even asked for her name, and she said “Maddison,” but the name on the receipt was different, which added to the confusion. I understand that people are young and still learning, but this was a very unpleasant experience overall. Customer service really matters, even in fast food.

The food is pretty decent for a quick bite, especially the Crunchwraps and tacos, which hit the spot when you're craving something fast and tasty. However, I've had a couple of times where my order was missing items or not prepared as requested, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's a solid choice for late-night cravings but could use a bit more consistency.
