  Don’t come here, you are FORCED to order on the kiosk which results in a normally speedy process to take forever. Time wasted on entering your order, time wasted on the person having to read and prep your order. It’s so simple when you can just have your sandwich built and then you’re out of there in a couple of minutes.

  Nobody wants self service order at subway. Makes the employees lazy and not wanting to do anything.

  It was really good and fresh. The place was very clean, the floors were not sticky, and the staff was very friendly. Great customer service overall! You get a free cookie for ordering on the Kiosk

  I walked in past the order here screens. Was asked if I wanted to order. I mentioned I did and she said go please order on the screens provided. I mention what if I don't want to use the screen. She said the order has to come that way. I said. Tell them that you all have lost a client because of this. Why force anyone to something we don't want to do? Is this really how you all think? Is this what you call customer service?
