  The restaurant itself is a mess. The kids that work there make to many mistakes when taking orders, then want to give you dirty looks when you have to repeat the order at the pick up window.

  Placed a pick up order on the app for a pickup time of 30 mins after I placed the order, five minutes before my time came up I arrived and the app told me to drive into a pickup stall and so I did. After 15 minutes of waiting an employee walked out to me to tell me that pickup orders have to be picked up from the drive though at night so instead of handing me my food I had to wait in line behind all the other cars which took an additional 20 minutes, and as you can expect, the food was cold and no longer crispy.

  Asked for a banana shake, said they did not make them or have them..ok...so I figured Id ask, if they had any shakes and she sarcastically said we serve them everyday and laughed at me for asking the question. Just a rude person, customer service not there.

  I ordered on the mobile app, got to the restaurant, pulled into the parking lot, let the app know which stall I was in and it wouldn't work. Said the stall was not available even though I was parked in it. Parked in another stall. Let it know which space I was in. And it also said it wasn't available. So I finally flagged down an employee who was bringing orders out, told him of my situation, they said they would check on it. Then, nothing happened. Flagged down another employee Told him the same thing. They said they'd check on it and, again, nothing happened. I finally had to go line up for the drive thru to get my order. Yep, mobile order took me 15 minutes to get. An employee said they were short staffed. Won't use the mobile app anymore.

  This is the place we go to for cheap drinks on the app, but ever since they have the $7 meal deal our family find ourselves here more often. We love how big the hamburger is compared to Wendy's, Mc Donalds, Carls Jr, and Jack meal deal for the same price or more. Recently they replaced the chicken nuggets on the meal deal with their Sunday. Can't say I am happy with it since I prefer more protein but its still a good deal. Let say if you wanted to upgrade to a large drink or large tots/fries.. prices are way more reasonable than other fast food joint.
