  This has to be the absolute worst sonic I’m not sure if it’s mismanaged or just poorly staffed but it’s gonna take you about 20 minutes just to be able to place your order so if you go to the drive-through even if there is only a car to ahead of you, make sure you have an extra half an hour so you can get your food

  We walked over from the nearby bar to get my son some food. Inside there was a semi functional screen on the wall to order, via a drive-thru style speaker box. The person taking the order didn't speak clearla and it was hard to understand him. I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, with bacon. The payment system was broken, and the only door in the place goes into the kitchen so it's impossible to get any assistance. His burger came out with bacon but no cheese,I clearly said cheeseburger not hamburger, the guy basically told me it was my fault. This was a terrible experience.

  ​The food here feels like a math equation where you always lose. While the flavors might be fine, the extreme portion control—specifically being served exactly 16 tater tots—leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. It's hard to enjoy a meal when you feel like every bite is being monitored. ​If you’re looking for a generous side or a satisfying value, you should look elsewhere. You shouldn't have to count your dinner to ensure you're getting what you paid for.

  I went there two times during my stay for the week in San Diego. The employees were very helpful and courteous. And the food was what you might expect but the mozzarella sticks for two overly salty and done and the french fries I got on the second time were cold but the shakes were well made
