  I had a great experience at Smash Burger thanks to Ziere. From the moment I walked in, Ziere was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. The food was excellent, and the positive attitude and attention to detail made the visit even better. Thank you, Ziere, for making the experience enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Great burgers, crispy fries, and really friendly staff. The food came out fresh and hot, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The smashed patties had a great flavor and the milkshake was excellent too. Definitely one of the better fast casual burger spots around — will be coming back again!

  I’m genuinely amazed by these burgers. The beef patties are incredibly delicious, and the fries are just as tasty. I ordered the Truffled Mushroom Double, and it was absolutely amazing — the mushrooms were thinly sliced and packed with great flavor. My wife ordered the Classic Double, and even though she’s usually not a cheeseburger person, she already wants to come back. THANK YOU!!!

  Probé esta smashburger en Amashburger y la verdad superó mis expectativas. La carne estaba bien dorada por fuera, con ese sabor característico que solo se logra al aplastarla en la plancha, pero por dentro seguía jugosa. El pan estaba suave y ligeramente tostado, el queso perfectamente derretido y los ingredientes frescos le daban ese toque final que hace que cada mordida valga la pena. Es una hamburguesa simple, pero muy bien hecha. Además, quiero destacar la excelente atención de Allasha. Desde que llegué fue muy amable, atenta y siempre con buena actitud. Se nota que le importa que los clientes tengan una buena experiencia, y eso hace mucha diferencia. Sin duda, tanto la comida como el servicio hacen que den ganas de regresar. ¡Gracias, Allasha!

  I've long been a fan of Smashburger, and their UTC site does not disappoint. They have mixed offerings of relatively budget-friendly basic burgers ($5-8) and premium, creative offerings ($11-14) like the colorado double with loads of roasted green chilies and a chipotle bun. Overall, I continue to come to Smashburger because they have perfected the art of the smashburger, retaining a greasy, flavorful beef patty with crispy edges from frying on a flat top. Their smashtots hold a regular place in my debaucherous lunch cuisine, as the oily rosemary creates for a lovely topping with enough flavor to not need a dipping sauce. As for the service, they're always kind and prompt. Most recently I was served by Allasha, who took my order and served me with a jovial smile and sincere engagement. It felt above and beyond for a burger joint. The amenities are basic but high quality, and kept clean. Beverage options include normal commercial coke products with a few standout agua frescas with bold and creative flavors, like the strawberry Dragon fruit or Mandarin Cardamom by tractor beverage co. They even have a few TVs up, so you can catch a game or a silent movie if you didn't bring your own entertainment. Overall, the UTC Smashburger provided an exceptional experience in flavor, ambience, and service for the price point.
