- LNLuke NoakesJul 3, 20265.0Walking in with a big group and a complicated order was no problem when Allasha is working. She was super kind and patient and knew the menu well. She let us order and change our order 10 times and even told us how to do things to make it cheaper. Food came right out, smash fries were amazing, Oreo shakes knocked my socks off and the burger was just bursting with flavor. Will definitely be coming back to this location because the service, food, and atmosphere was electric.

She got us familiar with some of the menu items we had questions about and made sure we were all set. She was so fun and charismatic, I felt confident approaching her later on when our fries were taking a while to come out, and made sure the problem was fixed immediately. This was my first time coming to smashburger, and she really made the experience a 10/10. I'll be sure to come again!

Allasha was so friendly and helpful! We had a gift card that we haven’t used in over a year. She helped us figure out how to use it by manually typing it in and even giving us a bit of a discount so we could use up all of it. Most workers wouldn’t go above and beyond but Allasha is awesome! They opened right at 10am, it was really clean, and even have outlets and charging stations all throughout the restaurant. Don’t sleep on smashburger. Their food is still so good and they always come out with new things. There’s something for everyone!
