Since I needed the code for the restroom, I politely asked an employee named Mario for it.Instead of helping me, he replied, “You have to buy something,” in a rude and dismissive tone, as if I wasn’t already standing in line waiting to make a purchase. I found his attitude disrespectful and unprofessional I have never been treated this way at another establishment.The interaction left such a bad impression that I decided to leave without buying anythingI hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect.
