Arrived around 9:15 p.m. after a long flight from Hawaii, and they were already almost out of everything. We were told it was because they were closing soon at 10 p.m., but there were still 45 minutes until closing. They were scraping the very last bits of food out of the containers and slapping it onto the tortillas. It genuinely felt like we were being served the end of the day leftovers because no one wanted to restock fresh ingredients that close to closing. Unfortunately, we didn’t have many other options that late at night, especially after such a long flight and with our connecting flight not departing until 8 a.m. the next morning. The whole experience gave the impression that there was very little pride being taken in the food or service. And if management is instructing employees not to restock ingredients after 9 p.m., then they shouldn’t be charging customers nearly $20 for a burrito made from whatever scraps happen to be left.

Hey Google ! Can I please get an option to give Negative 10 on reviews ? I really want to start with this QDOBA. I am a very chill person and had to face this on a travel with my daughter and myself at this QDOBA. We requested 5 Veggie Bowls to-go and were informed they dont have Fajita Vegetables . We accepted as I wanted this for my kids who were hungry. That's where the real drama unfolded. The Lady started putting everything in a very small portion (like half spoon rice) to which I requested being mindful. She denied ! Next comes toppings/Salsa - Same You can have only 2 . OK - Whats next Sour cream - The bottle finished and they tried to shake and put whatever drops were coming out from bottle on 5 Bowls ! I requested to get a new bottle of sour cream at least and she started being horribly rude in front of Kids. "You want free" "We wont Serve you" "Say Please" - Really - They lost all the opportunities . I had to vent this out as this was the most horrible pathetic experience I every had at an eatery ! Bye Bye QDOBA ! EDIT ! I paid $92 for this S**T!

Wow, what a horrible experience. They list “Veggie” as their primary top “Choose your Protein” option, so I first asked the worker what vegetable protein is included and he said “protein bell peppers” and pointed to thin cut green bell pepper strips. Knowing there is no significant protein in green bell peppers, I asked to clarify exactly what vegetable item are they deriving their protein from — clearly thinking it would be Tofu. Again, he pointed to the same bell peppers and said “Protein bell peppers”. I rephrased my question in three or four different ways and all he kept doing was gesturing to the green bell peppers and then repeating exactly, “protein bell peppers”. I then asked if there is a company policy preventing him from answering my question or why he is refusing to answer me, and all he said was, “I’m answering you: protein bell peppers” and pointed at them again. Finally, I asked plainly if the green bell peppers are the only added vegetable for the “veggie protein option” and he frustratingly said, again, “yes, protein bell peppers” and pointed at them again. I thanked him and walked. You could see he was frustrated with me so to clarify I informed him that his menu sign right above his head literally states “Choose your Protein” followed on the very next top line by “Veggie”. If a few thin strips of bell peppers is the only added vegetable for the “protein veggie”, then you cannot call it as a “protein” item, let alone the very top number one listed protein option. Whew. Exhausting. I know this is a lot of typing, but the whole interaction only took ~ 30-40 seconds. That guy was 100% trained and programmed like a robot to only reply with “protein bell peppers”. Total false advertising… and $18 for a veggie burrito of only just a couple thin bell pepper strips tossed in…?! Insane. He could have at least said something like “our beans are vegetables and they contain protein”, but beans are featured in all of their other protein options. He also could have said any other thing, such as “We normally use Tofu but are out of stock today, sorry about that”, (or Edamame, Peas, Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, or whatever they use to classify their Veggie dish as a Protein option) and I would have totally understood. Just crazy all around. It’s such horrible level of customer service like this that I am grateful for rating platforms like Google.

Most Qdobas offer a generous portion of steak as a side dish. They do not. They pulled out a small plastic ramekin and offered that as their side. Terrible price to value ratio.

Very average place. I know there aren’t many options at the airport, and I wanted to try something healthier than typical fast food. I ordered a bowl with double protein and ended up paying more than $25 for what was essentially a regular bowl. I have to be fair, the portion sizes are generous. However, the flavor is almost nonexistent. It feels like eating food with very little seasoning. There’s a lot of room for improvement when it comes to flavor and overall seasoning. The service was okay, but the ordering process wasn’t explained very well. The staff always seemed to be in a hurry, which made the experience feel a bit rushed. Overall, it’s not a bad option if you’re looking for something healthier at the airport, but for the price, I expected much more flavor.
