  I ordered here an gave them another chance and they still mess the order up leaving some wings out then the manager lied about writing our names down for a store credit when I went in there to get the store credit the manager said oo there's nothing about nothing so she looked the order up an then gave me store credit an now I'm trying to call in an use the store credit an they pick up as say please hold .. literally on hold for 30mins... Hang up call bk an they say plz hold an it's been over an hour now an tired of the BS don't even wanna eat the damn pizza hut so call this store if you wanna wait over an hour on the phone I coulda went in there place my order an already grabbed it I don't get how incompetent they are on taking a phone order.. and the other call center said in order to get my credit I have to talk to the person at that store so they couldn't put in an order for me so I need somebody to answer the phone from that store so I can get my store credit so just going in circles trying to order at this incompetent place.. order here if want to have to come back for missing items if I could give them 0 stars I would but you can only give 1 star for worst... O an to add to this post when I went in there to pick up my order I literally sat there for over 30 mins waiting for them to make wings wile my pizza is just sitting in the oven an yes when I walked in I talked to person at register told them the name for the order and everything and they said okay we're just waiting on wings after 30 minutes watching the workers mess around in the bk with tazers no one was making my wings like they were supposed to .. then 40 mins later they hand me my order an when I get home they shorted me on my wings...

  Food was great I just felt bad seeing only one person running the place food was cooked to perfection she was great I just came to pick up my order and iver all its great

  I have always been a big pizza hurt person always my go to! Being new to the neighborhood it’s my first time ordering from this location and I’m very disappointed! I ordered through uber eats and I bought 2 large pizza an 8 piece boneless wings and garlic cheese bread! When my order arrived it was one singular cheese pizza and a side of breadsticks! Not one thing was correct with my order! I called the store NOT even looking for a refund but simply wanting to get my correct order! And I told him I have my receipt from uber and the wrong food I just got I have proof and he kept asking me question as if he didn’t believe I had ordered! Saying my name isn’t popping up and the phone number is wrong! After he found my order he continued to say “well the driver confirmed your order” and I’m telling you it isn’t right! He said nothing he can do because the driver confirmed the order but I’m still simply asking for the food no money! Most businesses would rather make it right with their customers instead of giving them an ear full of bs! After everything it was just extremely unprofessional because he continued to tell me that I cannot pick up my correct food and that they will give me a call when the issue is resolved! When the issue could’ve been resolved in 5mins with me just picking up my correct ordeeeeerrr! So now I have to wait for a refund and the food I actually ordered probably went to someone else
