  service was incredibly slow. we waited over an hour for our food and had to get it to go, even after expressing we were in a rush. server was not accommodating and told us we couldn't even split a check after we finally got our food. this was absolutely ridiculous and i will not be back, nor do i recommend anyone else going either.

  Placed a to-go order 25 mins ahead and checked in as soon as I arrived. Ended up waiting another 10+ minutes while my food was already sitting there ready at the kitchen. The server saw me the entire time but kept helping dine-in customers and never acknowledged me (but he clearly saw me). I eventually walked into the kitchen area and grabbed the food myself. By the time I ate it, everything was cold. Pretty disappointing experience. Hopefully management either staffs appropriately or improves how pickup orders are handled.

  I love this place! First time here and didnt even get the full experience. We came to Petrinis with dessert in mind and saw they have Tiramisu, Affogato, espresso martini, and espresso at 6pm lmao so we came in and ordered all that. The tiramisu was delicious but would like it thawed a little bit more cux it was a little frozen in the middle. The affogato was delish. Overall delicious. We will be sure to come back and try the entrees. The vibes were great and the staff were also very friendly.

  Ate here for lunch one day, and it was truly the best Italian food that I’ve personally ever had. I got the cannellini pasta and the garlic bread and the baked Italian fries and every single item was a 10 out of 10. The flavor and richness was something that I feel like I could never replicate which I feel like I struggle to find an Italian restaurants (feeling like I can make this at home). Very much feel like I couldn’t never make what they make at home. It was clearly all made fresh, came out hot, and made to absolute perfection.

  Had the three mini slider burgers that were the worst hamburgers I've ever had even though they were many they were dry I had to smother them with ketchup to get them down and they were flavorless I've gone to this restaurant many years before where the food has been a lot better no matter what they cook They also don't offer the half order of lasagna which everything else seems to be able to be ordered half order I am older so I can't eat a whole lasagna and lasagna doesn't taste good put in the refrigerator and heated later I probably won't come back too bad this is a great restaurant at one time
