- QAQaisgan Ayobi3 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I placed an order at this Papa Johns and waited almost an hour for my pizza, but it was still not ready. After making me wait that long, instead of apologizing or trying to solve the problem, I was told, “Don’t order from this location again. I won’t accept your order.” I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be spoken to like this, especially after waiting nearly an hour. I also have video of what happened. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from this location again. 😥🤬

I just moved to north park and I haven’t had the time to venture out and explore so I’ve ordered paja John’s now twice just out of comfort and it has been STELLAR both times. I’ve had two different delivery drivers who are very sweet, very welcoming and delivering with smiles on their faces. I spoke with the manager Day, she had great service and makes a MEAN pizza. I know the service industry can be tough and you probably don’t get enough praise for your good food and service but man these workers deserve a shout out. For my food to be consistently fast and FRESH????? 10s across the board!!!!
