You have to ring a buzzer just to be let inside, yet the staff turned me away because I brought my bicycle into the large lobby with me. I explicitly explained that I did not have a lock and could not leave my bike outside to be stolen.The employee claimed that if they allowed me to bring my bike in, everyone would start doing it—which makes no sense given that they strictly control who enters via a buzzer. It felt like an arbitrary rule used to selectively target and turn away certain customers. Extremely unwelcoming and rigid service. I will not be returning.

Like so much cheese I ended up taking everything off. Probably why the dough tasted raw. Recently saw a commercial that they were getting back to their roots but I feel like the changes made things worse. So disappointed.
