  Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza’s for pick up at 10:45pm. I put in this order at 9:40pm… Got to the store at around 10:35pm only to find their “doorbell” doesn’t work and had the lovely opportunity to watch their employee on his phone for a few minutes. I decided to call the store directly to get his attention. He luckily answered the phone (that was approx. 6 feet away from him) and let me in the store. Getting in the store, this employee let me know they haven’t started my order.. Great. I sat in my car and waited. After waiting about 10 minutes or so I went back to the store to find him on his phone again.. after gaining his attention I asked him how much longer I’d have to wait.. the pizza was already done… in the oven.. not boxed up. Anyways I write this in hopes this helps anyone.. management, coworkers, or him.i didn’t bother to get his name because ultimately I have had nothing but great experiences here and hope this store improves.

  Papa John's used to be the spot for pizza. I got some today and was so DISAPPOINTED!!!! The personal pizza was the saddest thing I've seen. Definitely will NOT BE GOING to this One anytime soon. Maybe it's different at each location but I think people are just getting SCAMMED by food business now a day and its SAD. DONT RECOMMEND this location.

  I ordered 2 large pizzas 1st pepperoni and sausage 2nd ham and pineapple. Pizza was not done right not enough toppings and not spread out... and I asked for both to be squared... We basically ate cheese pizza and I paid extra for this!!!! Update: They dont show you this type of pizza on their website seeing the rest of the reviews l'm not surprised on the lack of effort...

  I looked online and noticed they had a special for two or more items (Medium one topping pizzas) and an additional item for $7.99 each. I went inside and ordered two medium one topping pizzas and a 10 piece boneless wings. The employee told me it was $38 and change. I asked if the items qualified for the $7.99 deal to which I was told the discount was already applied. When I informed the employee the math didn't add up and went onto the website, I was informed the discount just went through and the new price would be $25 and change. Definitely watch this place as I feel I wasn't the first person this has happened to. Never going here again.
