  honestly rating this place one star is a compliment. First of all, a guy tried to charge me $50 over the phone for two large pizzas. After I told him that price doesn’t make sense he suddenly found a discount and drop the price off to $23. It took 50 minutes to produce two pizzas. We stood in line for 50 Minutes. We watched an obviously stoned worker, making Pizzas so slow he took 8 mins per one. Initially told us 15 minutes, We arrived after 15 minutes and then they told us another 15 minutes After half an hour, And then told us 10 more minutes Which turned into 20. As we watch them stand around, looking on their phones, A guy was sick in the back and was coughing Badly. My daughter stayed alone in the soccer field after everybody left. it doesn’t make sense that in 2026 fast food will be slow. Horrible experience. By the way, the pizza was bad too

  Ordered on the phone, pizza wasn't made when I arrived. Girl at the front was going through some sort of family issue since her family was apparently waiting for her outside and she was the only employee working. She said she would start my order right away when I arrived but she must have forgotten instantly and left with her family as soon as the other employee arrived. The other employee then spent a bunch of time dealing with other customers and didn't get to my pizza for another 20 minutes. I spent an hour in store waiting for my pizza besides the drive and waiting at home to allow them time to make it. I'd say all together It was an hour and 45 minutes since I ordered. I understand people have issues to deal with outside of work but to have only one employee working during the evening rush is insane. Do better Papa John's.

  Everything is downhill. What is the point of calling in to place a order and you wait 20 minutes again and the order hasn't been made what a waste of time and gas for carry out. I just canceled it when I arrived, it's the last time I go here.

  I had such a great experience with this Papa John’s location that I felt it was important to leave a review. Earlier today, I had an issue with the online ordering system—it was glitching and wouldn’t let me select my preferred pickup time of 6:45. I called the store, and the staff quickly fixed it for me with no hassle at all. That alone was already great service. Later, when my boyfriend picked up the order, I realized my pizza wasn’t made correctly—it was missing the extra Alfredo sauce. I called back to let them know, and Christina assisted me over the phone. She handled everything so professionally and kindly, and I could genuinely hear the smile in her voice. It made me feel like my time and money were truly valued. That kind of energy is rare. Every interaction I had with this team was above and beyond standard customer service. Christina especially stood out—she was patient, understanding, and solution-oriented without making me feel like I was a bother. I’ll be honest, I’m usually more of a Domino’s type of girl, but after this experience, I don’t even think Domino’s could have matched the level of care I received here. As active duty Navy, I’ve traveled all over the United States and internationally, and it’s refreshing to come back home and experience service like this. It reminds me that there are still people who truly care about both the quality of their work and how they treat customers. Corporate should absolutely recognize this team—Christina and everyone working there deserve a raise or some type of incentive. Well done, ladies. Thank you for holding it down—you all did an amazing job

  I wanted to order delivery over this past weekend since I was craving pizza. I decided papa johns after seeing it on doordash. My partner works nights, so we order dinner really late, so i had to check the hours. On doordash it said they were open, on google maps it said they were open..but wen I tried to order from the website, it said they were closed.. So that was really aggravating. Come National Pizza Day, I was still craving pizza and figured why not lol so I put in a timed order online ahead of time because I did NOT want to miss out. Especially after that confusing issue this weekend. When do u close?? Anyways, my order was amazing. I was incredibly worried they would forget my sauce dipping cups especially because fast food places are notorious for forgetting the little things. I got like 10 sauce, we LOVE our sauce. And my order had all of them. The pizzas were made right, and they are tasty. and the oreo dessert thing is AMAZING. I love it so much. The wings are okay, but I think thats just a corporate recipe thing bc dominos wings are the same and I assume theres nothing u guys can do to change it. Thank you Monday night shift for making my order today and ensuring it was made right. It made my day.
