Came to outback for the first time in about 15 years and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good but what made it a great experience was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the customer service was top notch, will be going back for sure!

Kelly was great even with being slammed from a very busy crowd. She had a very nice and calm demeanor. Outback style prime rib was delicious but needs to be a little less fatty.

I dont get the hype about outback! Its such a low grade of steaks n food in general. They use iceberg lettuce, i didn't even know that was still around. The salad was just thrown together and the 6 oz sirloin steak was more like 3 oz and chewy barley can cut it with the knife. It was krispy on one side like they overcooked it in a PAN. Why aren't they grilling it over a fire like a steak should be!! There prices doesnt match the food quality they're serving there is no quality!! Cocktails, I barely have any alcohol in him, and they charge, like there's double shots of something in it. Go to texas roadhouse you're way better off!

We visited the Mission Valley San Diego location around 6:00 PM.
My wife uses a trained seizure-alert service dog (small Chihuahua). The dog was calm, quiet, and under control. We politely explained the medical need for the dog to remain beside her, but staff were dismissive and unwilling to reasonably accommodate us.
Because of how the situation was handled, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere, where there was no issue at all. And they where more profesional.
We hope your team can receive better ADA service animal training and customer service guidance.
