  My order was prepared incorrectly and I was also charged for an item I didn’t order or receive. When I brought it to the attention of the shift leader, instead of helping resolve it, she immediately blamed me for the mistake. She was defensive and reluctant to fix the problem until I showed proof. Even then, the interaction felt confrontational rather than customer-focused. The shift leader also held onto my receipt, which made the situation more frustrating. I expect basic accuracy with orders and a willingness to make things right when errors happen — neither occurred here. Management needs better training on handling complaints professionally and maintaining a positive attitude. I’ve had good experiences at other McDonald’s locations, but this one fell far short. Hoping for improvement. She also didn’t give me her name but she just clocked off at 6:09 pm and drove off in a Nissan gray Sentra

  Tables were dirty . My fries were cold I ate at the restaurant the bathroom was absolutely awful and the service was so bad I explained to the lady my app wasn’t working and she said I had to wait 15 to order when she’s the one that removed the deal from my account it shouldn’t have been removed for me to add it again so I was just very dissatisfied

  I am very disappointed with this McDonald. I ordered a combo meal and one additional item, my total was over $16.00. They asked me to wait because I ordered fries with no salt, no problem. I pulled around front and waited for about seven minutes. When I was able to open my food it was hardly any fries. I work hard for my money, and there are several other places I could have gone to eat. I would like to get what I paid for. I will not be back.

  You’d think fries would be pretty close to fresh since they come with almost every meal. My fries were so dry, barely warm. So dry they got stuck in my throat. Never going back to that location.
