    This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any McDonald's. I placed my mobile order just before 6:45 a.m. because I was on my way to work and needed a quick breakfast. Instead I ended up standing at the counter for what felt like forever while watching employees walk around without acknowledging customers. Another customer was already waiting before me. We both stood there for about 10 minutes without a single employee greeting us asking if we needed help or even saying "We'll be right with you." We were completely ignored. When Teresa finally came to the front the customer ahead of me explained that he had placed his coffee order online much earlier and had already been waiting a long time. Teresa simply handed him his coffee and said nothing. No apology. No acknowledgment of the delay. No customer service whatsoever. Then it was my turn. I told Teresa my mobile order was KY19. Instead of helping me she walked away. After another long wait, she came back only to say she couldn't find my order and then walked away again. Every time she came to the counter she would leave instead of staying to solve the problem. By this point I was already late for work because of the amount of time I had been standing there. When she finally returned she asked for my order number again. Then she said "Oh it's a drive-thru order. How am I ever going to find your order?" If she had simply stayed at the counter and actually helped me instead of repeatedly walking away this issue could have been resolved much sooner. After all of that waiting, she didn't even ask if I wanted ketchup or any sauce with my breakfast so I ended up eating a dry meal. To make matters even worse, my coffee wasn't secured properly. The lid wasn't on correctly and it spilled all over my bag. Nearly half of my coffee was gone before I could even drink it. I was ignored repeatedly left standing at the counter, made late for work served without even the most basic apology and then left with a spilled coffee and a ruined breakfast. Teresa's complete lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service turned what should have been a quick stop into an incredibly frustrating experience. I sincerely hope management addresses this because no customer should ever be treated this way.

    Many places have started exploiting their customers by making them be the cashier or do the cleanup, without paying them or giving them a discount, but this is not ok. by default now i use the drive through to get my food then park and go eat inside the restaurant. Even this has now been corrupted, this restaurant has converted every single available parking space into courier pickup spaces, mobile order spaces, curbside pickup spaces and a few handicapped parking spaces, only people without cars (homeless?) and handicapped are welcome to eat inside assuming they are willing to work for McDonald's for free since there is also no cashier, every other customer is not welcome here. The employees were truly great and helpful, but i feel shunned and abused by the organization. There's more reserved parking spaces than can be seen in the picture that shows the nonsense of absolutely no available spaces for dining in, i refuse to eat in my car.

    It is McDonald's. The same as everywhere. The Mcgriddle is not bad and the coffee of decent and they were open when other places weren't.

    LITERALLY two employees arguing in front of me in Spanish, didn't acknowledge me waited 10 me no one helped. Will never come back from horrible employees
