  I just left to pick up my mobile order. When I got home my order was missing a Mc Filet fish sandwich. I called the store location and explained to them that my order was missing an item. The lady who picked up the phone could not understand what I was saying, it's possible it was a language barrier. So rather than handing over the phone to get assistance, the lady just hung up on me. Not a good way to resolve the matter. I am very disappointed. 1 star rating!

  I am disappointed to post this . I often come to this McDonalds . The staff and management are friendly. They always make me feel welcome. I got no problem with them. However they got a on going problem with the homeless . I stopped in today . A homeless lady was completely dirty and smell so bad! Her pants were down and made the smell worse! She’s a regular there. And two teenagers were inside smoking something awful and probably illegal . Making the smell even worse. A homeless lady with her pants down , two thugs smoking weed , possibly worse in the dining room . Absolutely disgusting! I didnt even ordered my food. I drove around and all three individuals went out side . I hope corporate does something about this ! Again the staff is great but this is a place of business. My heart breaks for the homeless. What is San Diego city officials doing about this ?. Perhaps corporate McDonald’s can hire security. I’ve enjoyed doing business with this McDonald’s but sadly it’s not a very safe place to dine.

  Worst McDonald's EVER!!!!I waited for over 20 minutes for my food, the worker stayed on her cell phone texting and that's when she was in my range of sight. Looks like no one was working at all!!!

  Half Naked Homeless People begging Customers for Food in the Dining Area. Unsanitary. This needs attention from Health Inspectors. ASAP. Staff does nothing to remove Vagrants.

  How does the staff get mad at the customer for not getting the order right? They forgot a burger and nuggets in our order, swore they gave us the nuggets. Made us feel like she was doing us a favor by giving us the nuggets. Forgot the m & Ms on the plain Sundae, got upset when I point out the add m & Ms on the receipt. Both minor issues that could have easily been corrected without much effort. Instead she made a production, like an angry teenager stomping their feet
