Every single time I come here, something is wrong with the order. Not occasionally literally every time. It’s beyond frustrating at this point. What makes it even worse is that even when we take the time to go back inside and ask them to fix it, they still somehow manage to get it wrong again. That’s what really blows my mind. It feels like no one is paying attention, and there’s zero quality control. After dealing with this over and over, I’ve honestly started just giving up and taking the wrong food because I don’t have the energy to keep arguing about it. I try to be patient and understanding, but there’s only so many times you can deal with the same issue before it becomes ridiculous. This isn’t a one time bad experience this is a consistent pattern at this location, and it’s made it impossible for me to trust this location at all. On top of everything else, the inside of the place smells terrible like human urine, which just makes the whole experience even worse. It’s not somewhere you even want to sit and eat, let alone deal with constant order issues. At this point, I can’t recommend this location to anyone. I would honestly go out of your way to avoid it and choose literally any other location nearby. Save yourself the frustration, because this place has been nothing but a repeated, ongoing problem. Staff is 50/50 some seem good then other are absolutely checked out and uninvested in quality of work. I mean I get it its McDonalds' but this is beyond acceptable at this point.
