  Messed up my delivery order I called them to let them know that I didn’t receive 2 items from my order. They left me on the phone and when she asked her coworker if they packed the items. He said I know I did you should’ve just hung up on them. Then this dummy gone come to the phone talking about oh hi.

  Went there this morning,and waited for in store service for waay too long. They definitely catered to the drive thru customers without a second thought about the in store customers. Hurry up and wait sorta thing. HORRIBLE. I got in my car and drove through the drive thru didn't order anything..when I got to the window the worker smiled and started to hand me someone else's order course i didn't take it. I let them know ho we bad the in store service was and left..lost my appetite!

  Went here yesterday around 11am. Was left for 10 minutes at the cash register by a strange man who retreated from the register into the kitchen area where he kept looking at me but would not help me. He appeared to be pretending to work to avoid me. Weird vibes here. I ended up leaving. He clearly didn't want to take my order.

  I usually don’t review fast food restaurants. But the customer service at this location is exceptional compared to other McDonalds. I went on 4/18/26 @ 8:30pm and was pleasantly surprised but how kind and attentive the staff were from the lady taking my order in the drive through to the gentleman that handed me my food and ensured I had everything I needed before I left. Fast food service is usually atrocious, this was a refreshing experience. Great job.
