  Placing an order in the drive thru can be a challenge since it's hard to hear with it being right next to the freeway. Also, I posted a picture of the large french fry that I just pulled out of the bag. A small dumped into a large.

  Uno de los empleados no quiso atenderme solo me hizo una señal apuntando hacia las nuevas pantallas para ordenar, le dije que no sabía usarla y me contestó que como no iba a saber usarlas si tenía Facebook, Instagram y todas esas redes , solo le contesté que ese no era su problema y me fui

  This whole customer service is crap i stood there for 4 to 5 mins until someone asked if I needed help I said I would like to place my order they said can I use the kiosk I said no and they looked at me like I was in the wrong what ever happened to customer interaction

  Disappointed on using coupons after doing survey! I tend to do the survey in the receipt, not just to get the BOGO sandwich, but provide my feedback. However, I had terrible experiences when using the coupon code, at 3 different stores, including this one in RB recently. The lady asked me to order in store instead of doing drive thru. They all gave me different reasons to reject it. I feel Mcdonald is not really encouraging us customers to do the survey. Also, there were egg shell debris in the sausage egg McMuffin, very poor experience with McDonald.
