  This is mainly about the fact you can not order in person at this location. They force you to use their kiosk, which never has an option to order a soda water, you have to hit special request and then still go up and tell someone what you want in person, defeating the whole purpose of a kiosk. This also forces you to pay for a water which should be free. Call me old fashioned but I like ordering in person with someone and I dislike the trend of everyone putting a computer screen to order by yourself. Also the ac is not working and the self service soda/water fountain is also broken. I have had a better experience at the Rancho penasquitos location, where they still let you order in person and the ac is usually on and working. While the people working were nice to me at this location, overall this location is not very good.

  Very disappointing experience at McDonald's. I bought a Happy Meal because of the Mario toy promotion, and even the box showed Mario. However, the toy inside was completely different. When I asked, they said the Mario toys were no longer available. It’s frustrating that they keep advertising something they don’t have, especially when it creates false expectations for kids. Unfair and misleading.

  Absolutely horrible service. This establishment is the closest to my home and I’m a frequent customer. They have made several mistakes with my order. Their machines and services are always down. They are absolutely horrible workers. No one here has provided me any proper service. Also, they even gossip about the customers in Spanish. I myself am fluent in Spanish and have heard them gossip and complain behind everyone’s back. All the workers there are rude and disrespectful and neglectful. It takes exactly one hour to recieve my order which ends up being cold. Please do not come to this location at all. You will experience the most rudest people you’ve ever met.

  Waited in 1 of the 2 drive through lanes for 5-6 mins while 3 cars went through fine in the other lane. Yelled at the order mic but no response. Had to get out of car to tell person in car behind to back out. It was around 10:30 am. By the time we got through the other lane and tried to order breakfast meals we were told breakfast was no longer being served, yet the breakfast menu was still out. Ordered 4 chicken sandwich meals, asked for lettuce on all 4. Got order, lettuce only on 1. Up charged for a large drink we didn’t order. Sandwiches were slapped together and were terrible. Never going back to this location Just awful. Used to be decent but has gone downhill.
