  My wife and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary here. The service was excellent 👌 Ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, Spicy Jerk Mahi Mahi, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach

  My girlfriend and I have been to various Mastro’s and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, our first time at Mastro’s Ocean Club was not the best. My girlfriend reached out to share the experience and Jeremy the GM apologized and asked us to come back. Our second experience was fantastic and our server Thomas was great. We’ll definitely be coming back.

  This was me and my wife's first time here! It was our anniversary! Im going to get right to it without hesitation! The atmosphere was nice! The waiter wr had was ok but I think he could have been more attentive to us. He kept forgetting a lot of things that we had asked him for. So they need help in that department. The food was horrible! I ordered the lamb chop and they were very under seasoned and semi tender. The scalloped potatoes were under cooked and had no flavor. The Wagu meatballs were actually good! My wife ordered the Filet, which had a weird taste and a weird chew too it. The cream spinach had no flavor, the shrimp she ordered wasn't clean! The manager took that off the bill. Our overall experience here wasn't good at all!! This was a bad choice for our anniversary! We should have stuck with our usual places like Ruth Chris or Morton's Steakhouse where we know that the service and food is 100% better. Mastros is very overrated and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! One more complaint my wife's Caesar Salad was horrible, it had brown lettuce throughout the salad!! Whoever comes here good luck to you and i hope you have a better experience than we did.

  First time here. Great location. Beautiful view. Easy to find. We were celebrating a good friend’s birthday. Our waiter was Thomas. Laura was the manager. Food was exceptional. What impacted us the most was how well we were treated - kindly, and professionally. The steaks and sushi and dessert. Holy cow. Try it out. Thank you Mastro for a memorable evening.
