  What happened to my beloved Nordies cafe!! So sad. The menu has changed and the enjoyment went with it. No more berry salad, no more Sante Fe sandwich. Prices crazy high. Spent 30 bucks on a sandwich and a diet coke. The new table service is odd. A quarter of the restaurant is an abandoned service counter. Desserts have gone. No more rice crispies. At least the seats are no longer ripped and the floor stained. There has to be a draw to not shop online and the cafe was one of them. But no longer. Bring back the days of the Blue Plate Special.

  Fui con mi perrita de servicio y tuve una mala experiencia 1. El piso súper sucio que me daba asco tener que ponerla a ella en el piso. 2. No me dejaron darle de comer que por qué es “perro de servicio”. Si es perro de servicio no deben de limitarte nada y ella tenía todo el derecho de comer, sigue siendo un ser vivo por más que esté trabajando, ella fue buena y no me insistió pero el mal personal hizo que mi experiencia fuera mala y me quise ir rápido de ese lugar. Que triste que un lugar así de bueno tengan tan mal servicio para los perros de servicio, quedé muy decepcionada no vuelvo a ir

  The new waiting by the host stand to pick up pick up is really annoying. Takes twice as much. And when they forget to put in plastic wear, the last thing I want to do is to stand until my turn again

  My wife and I like to meet at the mall every now and then for a quick lunch or coffee. It’s a simple way for us to spend some quality time together and create little moments in the middle of a busy day. Today we had lunch at Nordstrom, and it was excellent. The food was great, but what really stood out was our server, Pablo. He greeted us with a big smile, was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Great service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Pablo, for making our lunch even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
