  Today not a good day for staff -placed order had to waot additional time ok cool - said they would bring it out 10mins go by nothing — walk in a low and behold only 2 mins to get my food // Came in 2 days ago with my dad waitress seemed to give attitude when he would talk (my dad is a talker and big tipper) this staffs hospitality towards people Black folks needs to be evaluated but what did I expect from this area…..

  There's a very calming thing about being in a room with so much hustle and bustle. A place with charming atmosphere, good food, and happy people. Our Server was lovely, polite, and efficient, just like every server should be. So thanks Steven for the great service!

  Lunch with 10 pals. Nice ambiance and architecture. Very pleasant experience. Wait staff superior. Attentive and friendly. Food was delivered hot and tasty. Will go back and recommend to others. Just off the freeway in mission valley with plenty of free parking and easy on and off access 😀

  Grace was very impolite and unprofessional. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. Additionally, I heard her talking badly about some of the other waitresses. One of them is named Sofia and the others name starts with an L I think. I would hate if a coworker were talking about me the way she was talking about hers. Also overheard her talking about how dirty the kitchen is. Will not be coming back because of this.

  I recently visited The Lazy Dog and had a really great experience. One of the biggest highlights is that they’re open late, which is perfect if you’re looking for a good meal after most places have already closed. The staff was genuinely welcoming and attentive. Our server, Sydney, was especially kind and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the visit. The hostess was also friendly, setting a positive tone right from the start. The ambience is warm and inviting, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. What really stands out is how dog-friendly they are. They have a great patio area with a fire place where you can cozy up, and where dogs are more than welcome, which is a huge plus for dog owners (as long as your dog is lazy). As for the food, they had happy hour that started at 9 pm and there were many good food and drink options. Overall, I highly recommend The Lazy Dog if you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere for both people and their dogs.
