Had my first experience at Lazy Dog today. The food was great, and the service exceptional. Special props to Lee & Anthony for the quality of the service throughout our evening. The manager Marnice also came to check on us at the end and offered us free dessert. 10/10 experience

The chicken was awful in the fettuccine Alfredo … it was bland, dry & not very warm honestly.. I could have made better chicken. the Cajun fries are SOOOO good. YUM I crumbled the fries and put it in the pasta to help it taste better. LOL. Hubs and son really liked their burgers. They said 10/10 my daughter’s kid mac.. was nothing special. This place is So-So. Love the vibes but a bit sad I didn’t order something else better. The dog food bowl was a nice touch.

There is a ton of potential here but sadly the kitchen really dropped the ball. Service was exceptional, the vibe in the room was great! Kids food came out early which was nice and they were munching away. We then were left for 45 minutes waiting for the rest of the food. We ended up having to get the food packed up and didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant. The odd thing is that the restaurant was only half full and we were waiting on a burger and meatloaf. Hopefully they can bring in a stronger kitchen staff and get things back on track.

My coworker and I swung by Lazy Dog after work to catch their happy hour on Monday. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super helpful walking us through the drink specials. I tried the Smoked Maple Bacon Old Fashioned, sounds gimmicky but it was actually really well balanced, smoky without being overpowering. She got a Huckleberry Haze IPA from their house brews and loved it. We shared the hot honey feta dip and the fried buffalo nuggets. Both were great but that feta dip is dangerous, we basically scraped the bowl clean. The happy hour prices were noticeably cheaper than regular menu which was a nice surprise. The whole lodge-cabin vibe with the wood beams and the fireplace made it feel way more upscale than your typical chain happy hour.

We need a Lazy Dog in every major city. It's very cool and masculine it almost feels like a cabin. The staff is dressed like lumberjacks. On the day I visited I noticed the staff is 80% male 20% female. The female where the hostess and the male the waiters, bussers and managers. The menu was incredible! Shocking to see they had something for everyone in the family and multi national choices as well. The menu cover is pure leather and the children's menu comes with crayons and stickers. The food is well presented and tasty. Kids have healthy choices as well as the usual items you see on kids menus. The art on the wall is fitting most of it is dog related and at the entrance you'll see two decor items that will impress you. The sculptures are made of metal. We enjoyed our meal and I think you will too, even if everyone in the family is wanting something different.
