  Cold donut! Better off going to a mom and pop’s donut shop! Asked worker for a more fresh and warm donut and she said there aren’t any!! So disappointed and waste of money!!! Worst place ever!! Steer clear!

  Don’t recommended this place, but I had a terrible experience. The young lady who made my coffee was incredibly rude and made it so bad. I wouldn’t come back here again.

  Went through this drive-through on 14 June 2026 at 8 PM. Was greeted by the drive-through representative. I ordered half a dozen of Krispy Kreme glazed donuts with an assorted set of dots. After I made the comment about ordering the assorted set of dots the drive-through representative went quiet For about a minute or more. I said hello and then she let me know that there was no dots at that time. I said OK well I would like to order two strawberry sprinkled donuts. Trying to review my order and it was wrong. I corrected her on my order. And Again, the call went quiet. So I proceeded to just drive around to the window where I saw that they had my order correctly packaged. The issue is that The communication was all bad. Starting with the lack of products, random amounts of silence, and the lack of confirmation of getting my order correct. I put a review up yesterday. Today is the 15th and it has been taken down. So I posted photos to prove it. Krispy Kreme responded to my comment and told me to go to corporate website, but the only way you can reach out to them is by mail. Is 2026. I don’t know anyone that sends mail to a business Regarding an issue with something at their restaurant.

  Worst service experience by Michelle. I’m a regular at this location and everyone is super nice minus her. I came in buying a half dozen donuts earlier in the day and was asking questions about the types of donuts she gave me so much attitude like she was irritated with me. Then I heard her talking bad about me on my way out to her coworkers. Really if you’re gonna be in customer service isn’t the basic to treat the customers nicely? And on top of that the way she was speaking to her coworkers was terrible I don’t understand how her behavior is tolerated. Management needs to speak to her.

  Michelle is the employee who is always extremely rude. I asked for my surprise box, the employee told me to swipe on the app which I did. Michelle says, I need to see your app to make sure. I showed her my phone she said, next time you need to swipe it in front of us, I said he told me to swipe it I did it in front of him. She then said, you don't have to be like that. I said like what? She ignored me. I asked her three more times she ignored me. She then says I'm not going to engage. I said engage what? I tried to explain to her that this other employee just told me to swipe which I did in front of him. She interrupts me and says I already said I was sorry. No ,actually you didn't ,you said ,you don't have to be like that ,then you said ,I'm not going to engage and when I ask what you're talking about ,you said, I already said I was sorry. I said none of what you said sounded like an apology. I've been stepped over to the other employee who was very nice to me and I said to him, she must be really fun to work with. You have to pick up your surprise box from 8:30 to 9:30 so that's the hour of time you have to pick it up for some reason this woman is always working here but yet she hates her job so much and is so rude to the customers. She's been like this on multiple occasions so in the past I have literally asked other employees if they would wait on me because I don't like how she treats me. I don't know how this woman has a job here either when you're this rude to people I don't know how she is always waiting on customers she should be in the back baking donuts. Nothing else is wrong with this Krispy Kreme. It's just Michelle. All the other employees are always really nice. So just avoid Michelle.
