I'm lucky to have this Kabob House close by. It's perfect for lunch, take out for a picnic or concert in Balboa park. Try the babganoush. It's so smokey and delicious. Staff are on it.

Ordered online it said ready in 10 minutes it was a bit more but IDC. The food was really good I got the beef shawarma sandwich was really good. I also got a chicken kabob, I didn't love it but it wasn't bad, just wasn't a fan of the texture but it was tasty. The employees were really friendly, professional and very attentive of their customers. I liked the simplicity of their online ordering.

1st time for me ordering food here. The cashier was friendly and gave service with a smile. I ordered takeout. The gyro on pita bread was good.

There was a huge mismatch between the restaurant itself and the prices. You can get a lot more bang for your buck somewhere else. The interior is nothing special. It looks like it was built around the 1980s and has never been renovated— which would not be a problem if the food was really good. It wasn’t. The food was “okay” at best. There are much better Middle Eastern restaurants throughout San Diego. But even the food being “meh” would not have been a dealbreaker for me if it was priced cheaply. But it wasn’t. For one wrap combo and a (very dry) baklava, it was still $25.
