  I ordered through the app and when I arrived at the store, the door was locked and the worker said they were closed and they weren’t making any orders even though the Google store hours say they close at 9 p.m. Made me drive there all the way for nothing and why did they charge me if they weren’t making orders anymore? There were 3 other people that showed up and were told the same thing. I feel bad for the workers dealing with angry customers. Poor management of the location. I don’t even know how to get a refund and the workers didn’t know either.

  I ordered Jimmy John’s through Grubhub around 6:30pm today, but my order was canceled because the “restaurant is closed.” I checked online afterward and saw that the posted hours show this location open until 9pm on Fridays, so I’m not sure if there was an issue with the app, staffing, or something else. I wanted to share in case others run into the same issue or the hours need to be updated.
