- DWDenise WooFeb 19, 20263.0I went in during my 10 minute break. I was the only person in there. It took a couple of minutes for the employee to come from the back. He was pleasant and greeted me. After he took my order for 1 smoothie another customer came in. He took her order. She said that she would come back later. The employee started the person's order who was coming back later. After I saw him start the other person's order I set ny timer to see how long it would take to start my order. After 5 minutes he made my order. Why would a person's order who said she was coming back later have her order started on before someone who's ordeered something simple? I find that it's difficult to find good customer service. I haven't been to Jamba Juice on a regular basis any longer since they started charging the 30 cents convenience fee if you order on their app. I don't have time on a short break to wait for half of the break. The fast food employees are already making $25.00 an hour. Then they want tips on top. I only tip when there's good customer service. I don't tip on the screen since you don't know what the service is going to be like.
